Since I was a child, my dream was to become a scientist.
To make it happen, I obtained my bachelor degree in Physics and then my master degree in Data Science and Scientific Computing.
Right now I am a first-year Ph.D. student at the University of Trieste enrolled in the Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program.
Because “Uncertainty is the only certainty there is”, I like working in a probabilistic framework and playing around with stochastic modelling.
My interests also extend to explainable AI and causality, and my big goal is to blend all these cool things in my future projects.
Beyond the academic scene, I have got a black belt in Taekwondo and I am currently trying to improve my pole-dancing skills.
Of course I can’t forget to mention my adorable dog, Giotto!
