I am a second year PhD student in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Trieste, under the main supervision of Luca Bortolussi. In my studies, I obtained a MSc in Civil Engineering for Natural Risk from the University of Pavia and IUSS in 2020. I then continued with a MSc in Data Science and Scientific Computing from the University of Trieste and SISSA, which I completed in 2022.
My main research interests are in the field of deep learning and graph architectures. Currently, I am working on the application and development of deep learning methodologies to the study of climate and natural disasters, collaborating with ICTP Earth System Physics researchers.
My passions include music, drawing and photography and I also enjoy being outdoors and climbing.
