I am a PhD student at the AILab of the University of Trieste, where I am currently focusing on building algorithms to automate the layout process of analog circuits.
This research route follows my master’s thesis job, which was developed in collaboration with Infineon Austria. Previously, I interned as a Machine Vision Engineer at BeanTech and received my MSc in Data Science from the University of Trieste.
My primary research interests are in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning based approaches to solve combinatorial optimization problems, as well as Representation Learning, but I’m also keen in AI ethics and Artificial General Intelligence.
Other than this, I really love playing basketball and electronic music!
