The project aims to build a network of public and private institutions to foster technology transfer and innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our group is involved in two spokes, spoke 8 &#8211; related to the construction of a digital twin of the both Adriatic Sea- and spoke 9, focussed on developing AI-based tools for the development and continuous deployment of digital twins in several areas &#8211; from smart cities and logistics to industry and medicine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this project, several positions were funded. We welcome <a href=\"https:\/\/ai-lab.units.it\/?page_id=240\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"240\">Francesca Cairoli<\/a>, who will join us on March 1st as assistant professor, <a href=\"https:\/\/ai-lab.units.it\/?page_id=260\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"260\">Francesco Giacomarra<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ai-lab.units.it\/?page_id=229\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"229\">Irene Ferfoglia<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/ai-lab.units.it\/?page_id=193\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"193\">Lorenzo Bonin<\/a>, phd students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project started on September 2022 and it will terminate on February 2026.
